Payment Options
Available Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available for an order will be displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on the customer’s location, currency, device, and payment provider.
Only select a payment option shown in the secure checkout.
Payment Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or discounts.
An order is not confirmed until payment authorization is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Cuvirae does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
Payment providers may perform identity, address, or fraud-prevention checks before approving a transaction.
Currency and Conversion
Product prices may be displayed in a selected or localized currency. If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee.
These external conversion fees are not controlled by Cuvirae.
Pending or Declined Payments
A transaction may be declined or remain pending because of:
- Incorrect card or billing information
- Insufficient funds
- A bank security restriction
- An expired payment method
- Address-verification failure
- A temporary payment-provider issue
If payment fails, confirm the information entered or contact your bank before trying again.
A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Banks may temporarily reserve funds even when an order is unsuccessful.
Duplicate Charges
If two completed charges appear for the same order, email service@cuvirae.com with the order number and a screenshot showing the transaction dates and amounts. Hide full card numbers and other sensitive banking information.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. After the refund is issued, the bank or payment provider normally requires 5–10 business days to complete processing.
